Space Exploration
Space Dog
This week in the workshop we were tasked with creating a short 10 second animation set in space.I started by sketching out my intial idea for the animation on paper with pen.
I realised that for my animation I could reuse some of the illustrations I had already created for previous projects such as the Martian book trailer. I also created some new illustrations such as the dog, tennis ball and satelite.
Once in the workshop we were told that we had to start with transparent frames and finsh on transparent frames meaning that I got rid of of my orginal idea of zooming out, away from Earth and then into space.
To improve this animation I wouldve added stars and galaxies in the background and some music. However, I did not as I was submitting it to a collaboration video where there needed to be no background. The colaboration video can be found here, I have included my own video bellow.
